Some of the staff were very sweet others not so much. I found it clean and the location was good. However the lobby was very run down. The front desk didn't act like they wanted to help. We had twin beds, that's different. The breakfast was average. The women who worked there were nice and helpful. I wanted to give...

We stayed in Kensington Court Hotel with my friend for 3 nights and hotel was better than we expected. First of all it was really cheap and the service, rooms and breakfast was excellent compared to it's price. Room was clean and someone cleaned it up every day while we were out. Breakfast didn't cost any extra and it was...

Stayed for 2 nights. I booked a double room but on arrival was set up as a twin room. This could not be changed until following day. Bathroom was a little grubby and the water either cold or scolding hot. Room was chilly and the heating could not be controlled. The duvet was thin probably a summer duvet and I...

We are a family of four with two children and were looking for something central and with parking. The reviews were mixed for this hotel but thought we would give it a go anyway. The hotel is situated just before the congestion zone and as we had driven up to London this suited us. We arrived at 10am and the...

The accommodation was clean and warm although some of the rooms need updating. The staff were very polite and helpful. We booked the parking and breakfast too as we needed to stay overnight. Again staff and breakfast were very good. Would consider this accommodation again if we need to visit an Embassy again as they are all within walking distance....

Stayed here for one night as I needed to be close to the Olympia exhibition centre. The receptionist was pleasant enough when I could understand him, but not overly informative or personable, seemed more interested in his personal phone call (both times I went to speak to him). In fairness, when I went down to say my room was cold...

This hotel is a great location, not far from Earls Court Rd and the restaurants and tube station. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast is a cereals, fruits and breads, and a cooked meal. As far as the hotel itself it can best be described as tired. We had a number of minor faults which we asked...

We booked this hotel for four nights. On the first day, we went out shopping in the afternoon and when we returned in the evening, we found that our room door was widely opened. We thought it must be the hotel staff in the room fixing the toilet fan for us but when we got in to check, there were...

OK.. the hotel prices for my stay in London were rediculous... so I wasnt expecting top notch.... and London was baking hot..... It took me about 25 minutes to check in because they transposed my name from Expedia into something else for the booking and couldnt find me.... The room was on the top floor and it was HOT in...

Most of what I am going to say has already been said in one or another review on this site. I will start out by saying that the location (proximity to tube station and restaurants/stores) is wonderful. Our triple room (three twin beds) was small, but ample. The bathroom was big enough, but not as clean/updated as could have been....
