Very pleased to come back in this hotel. The breakfast is very good, the personnel very kind. It is a garden at the ground floor to spend good time during the day. The rooms are clean and quiet during the night.

Comfortable room, efficient wi-fi, quick food service in the bar and exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. The room was really quiet and I would love to be here in weather warm enough to enjoy the garden!

I chose the hotel as it provided early breakfast , and coach to the race start , as part of a package. This completely took the stress out of getting to the Marathon , and...

Very convenient to get around by tube or Uber. The area is quiet relative to Oxford Street, which is a plus. Excellent service delivery, from front desk/bar/restaurant staff. Stayed only a night, would have liked to have stayed longer! Rooms are clean and modern. The iron in the room was well-needed. Would defiintely stay again. Congrats Crowne Plaza on well-managed...

Conveniently located to Gloucester Road Underground and within easy walking distance to The Royal Albert Hall, the purpose of our visit. You are only a short distance to the Natural History Museum, Science Museum and the V&A Museum. Plenty to enjoy on foot near by. Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.

“My only criticism, there was no socket for the kettle in the area where the in room tea/coffee area situated. And the flex wasnt long enough for the kettle to sit on a table and reach the socket. Fine for me, I put it on the floor. Maybe a danger if young children in the room”

“The hotel is pretty quiet considering it is on a busy street. However noise can be heard in adjoining rooms. Try to get a room without a door that opens to the next room.”
