staff helpful.....convenient location bus to Victoria outside breakfast was excellent..however room sevice and food not up to standard you would expect..when I compained I was looked after very well...I would use this hotel again if I was in this location

I have stayed here before and loved it but this time the a/c did not work and the room was overly warm and the matter unresolved. Great location and awesome breakfast. restaurant service much improved from my last visit.More

Very central and only a few stops on the tube to Wimbledon. Whitfords shopping centre, tube and bus station are all just across the road. Choice of bars, eating places and shops all within walking distance. Hilton brand always reliable.More

The service in this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious and spotless. The staff were very accommodating.
The hotel had a bus stop outside it and was several minutes walk from Shepherd's Bush tube station. There were several parks within walking distance.
