this was my first stay in Sloane Square area. Past visits I have stayed closer to Paddington in a large hotel. This was delightful. It is off the beaten path, yet convenient to restaurants/shopping/tube. The staff was most helpful and accommodating. the only down side of my visit was the renovation project. I was aware of it when i booked...

Extremely nice and helpful staff, a rare thing nowadays!!! Best possible central London location - beautiful!! Tiny, well-kept, a bit dark rooms. Beautiful (tiny) marble bathroom. I really hope they do not make the mistake to go up again with the rates after the refurbishment (which was so well managed that I didn't even notice) so it remains just below...

The hotel was hard to find - note that it is not between No 10 and No 12 when you use your I-phone address map. It's around the corner...However, worth finding. Despite the extensive renovation work being done, our room was quiet and peaceful with much needed AC for the steamy weather. The neighborhood is gorgeous, very residential, but with...

Great service made us feel very welcome, lush cocktail before we went out, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very very tasty and we got ours free which was very unexpected. Will be staying again when next in London.

We returned to No. 11 Cadogan Gardens during a glorious week in June. Despite being in the midst of their renovation, the hotel staff managed to make our stay special. Our five nights there were truly special, and other than the fitness center being closed, scaffolding on the outside, and workers in hard hats, the hotel was as always: welcoming,...

Stayed here for two nights last week, loved this Hotel, to be honest I thought it more a Country House in the City than a Hotel such was the welcome and the feeling of the place, and yet it had everything one would expect from a full service Hotel. Its in a fantastic location, has a great team of staff,...

Well-positioned small hotel, with friendly helpful staff. Concierge staff were fabulous in every respect even to the point of fixing my iphone - in particular Concierge, Emelson. Lovely rooms with lots of character. The library was a handy place to meet visitors or to relax when returning from a night out. I would return without hesitation.

A lovely hotel, beautifully furnished with stylish and unusual decor. The staff could not be more helpful and polite. We visited the restaurant downstairs, Tartufo, for a Sunday "brunch". In fact the brunch, served 12-4 on Sundays, is a lunch type meal of 2/3/4/5 courses (you can choose how may courses you want) of wonderfully cooked modern Italian inspired food...

Staying in Chelsea

Neighbourhood Profile
Chelsea
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
