I stayed for a couple of days in this hotel and I have nothing to complain about. It's not modern, more traditional english style with lots of carpet and old furniture, but well kept. I would definitly return to this hotel in case I'm visiting london again. Don't expect a modern, fancy hotel, but for sightseeing porpose it's defintly more...

I went in this hotel with my family during an holiday. I don't know if this is the standard the price was very cheap in relation with all other hotels at equal quality. The location is amazing! Near the hotel there is a lovely pub called "The black swan" where is possible to eat as well as to drink bear...

This hotel has had better days – decades ago! It is a bit worn down and does not have facilities of today. There is free internet – but only on ground floor, not in the rooms. And it didn’t even work well in the ground floor lounge. Bathroom needs renovation – toilet flush didn’t work properly. On the positive side...

We stayed there last June and the room was very small. High up window so couldn't see any views. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the breakfast is way over priced. It was beside a bus stop so getting around was easy. Would not stay here again.

If you're a fan of extremely creeky floorboards, this is the place for you. The hotel's in dire need of an update. I'm sure my nan and grandad would have loved it 50 years ago, but it's now very dated. Plus points; the beds were actually very comfortable and the showers were warm & easy to use. The staff were...

Most London hotel rooms are small but this one was large. The staff was great , if you needed anything they were only too happy to help. The room was nice and clean bathroom good with soap , shampoo , conditioner , hand lotion. Plenty of hot water which at times in London can be a problem. We had the...

Well, we booked this hotel for a last minute night away in London. Two things this raises questions with me:- Firstly, booking last minute and there is space, is this a good hotel for a "west end" location Secondly, how can I get a room and car parking for what I would normally expect to pay for parking in London?...

The hotel is spotless. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. The location is great, right on the edge of Hyde park, close to Queensway tube even though the nearest (Lancaster gate) was closed and in a nice area, felt safe (for London). The rooms were dated in decor but not lacking in facilities,...
