Well what can I say. What do you expect when you stay in London just 5 minutes walk from Paddington and you pay 120 pounds for 2 nights!! I stayed here with my daughter in Feburary 2017.We checked in early and our room was ready. We had double bed and clean sheets with plenty of teas coffees etc. What more...

We didn't expect a 5-star hotel. This hotel was perfect for what we required, which was to be clean, comfortable and have a good free supply of refreshments in the room (tea, coffee, milk etc.). It was in a great location for access to the Paddington underground station. Staff very polite and welcoming. Could not really fault the place really....

The receptionist when we arrived was so unfriendly and unpleasant that he must have trained in the Soviet Union. The basement room was tiny and underneath reception so a lot of thundering came the ceiling of the room. The corridor smelled and throughout our stay there were large bags of laundry everywhere, night and day. The bed, however, was comfortable...

The hotel's biggest lack is their front desk staff, with rare exceptions. When we arrived, they charged us more than what we've booked it for. They didn't have any knowledge about the London attractions. The room was decent, not very spacy of course, but clean. Although there was a disturbing smell in the bathroom and the TV wasn't working properly....

Before even arriving, my boyfriend who made the reservation (unfortunately without reading any reviews which all seem to say the same things) rang up the hotel and spoke to 'Mohammed'! Well how miserable he could be... before my boyfriend even had the answer to his questions, Mohammed - the supreme overlord of the front desk as named in previous reviews,...

Located near Paddington station and it is walking distance to Hyde and Kensington parks. The hotel also has restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room is simply and tastefully decorated. The bed is comfortable and the TV has loads of channels! The bathroom is clean and works fine. No AC which doesn't really matter as we came during the cold...

If you ever feel like reliving an episode of Faulty Towers be sure to spend the night at this place. Mohammed, the supreme overlord of the front desk is the perfect example of giving the wrong person a little bit of power. Where do I start with the Prince William Hotel?....... on booking a double room through Expedia I immediately...

This hotel has very small rooms, but they have all you need for a short visit to the Capital. It's very clean and the courtesy set in the rooms is complete with tea, cream, coffee and chocolate. The bathroom is very small too, but the shower is comfortable. The near metro station is one of the most important plus. The...

This was exactly what we expected and what we needed. Location was great, short walk to Paddington station and Hyde Park. Compared to other prices in London, it was reasonable and affordable. We were in basement room which was good. Enough space, the bathroom was recently renovated and everything was cleaned every day. Staff stored out luggage when we arrived...

Stayed here for 1 night on business and thankfully it was just 1 night as only got a few hours sleep. This was due to 1) the noise & 2) the heat of the room. The windows are single glazed so the noise from the street is unbearable! The heating was on full blast and took hours to cool down....
