We were very pleased with the warm welcome, expertise and efficient check in. Room was clean and adequate for our needs. We didn't eat in the restaurant only for breakfast but were very impressed with what was available. Such huge choice of things to have and so many decisions to make of what was on offer here. All the full...

This was what a Hotel stay should be like. We arrived to a friendly. efficient Check-in and this continued throughout. The bedroom was very comfortable, with a good choice of pillows and an excellent bathroom. The breakfast was buffet style but with a 'resident' chef to maintain fresh choices, including fried eggs, so it was always tasty and hot. The...

Stayed at Holiday Inn Bloomsbury again - this was our fourth stay. Although our room was a little small this time, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Check in was friendly and efficient. Recommend becoming a IHG member. It is free to join and the advantage of free wi fi for members is beneficial. There was a problem...

Stayed one night and checked in late, Little bit of time checking in as they could not find our bags that we had dropped off earlier. Hotel is easy to find and close (200 metres) from R Square tube station. No offer of paper, luggage to room, wake call. Just felt like they wanted us booked in and and away...

The hotel is well situated for visiting West End Theatres and restaurants and the British Museum, and within easy walking distance of public transport to other areas of London. We had a friendly and efficient check-in and were allocated a quiet room at the rear of the hotel as requested when booking. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and...

I stayed in this hotel because I am IHG Elite Gold member. The first day I arrived after 4pm, a room is still not ready. Room has no refrigerator while I found the space has been designed for refrigerator (I assumed it has been taken out). The next morning, when I left the room, I put the "service the room"s...

In most ways this hotel is exactly what I'd expect from a Holiday Inn - friendly service, efficient, good location. The rooms however are pretty basic, and in need of a refresh. There are lots of conveniences nearby: the tube station, a Tesco for buying drinks and snacks, and a Pret a Manager, which was perfect for breakfast.
