We returned after many months as we find the hotel very convenient and comfortable. As always we found the parking easy, the room comfortable and we slept well. The staff, however, appeared enthusiastically disorganised. Our welcome at reception was less than warm, at breakfast we had very attentive staff who consistently brought food and drink which we had not ordered,...

Stayed here for my boyfriends birthday. Such a beautiful hotel, the staff were so very kind. The room we stayed in was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was just AMAZING I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed last night, and to be fair this hotel is a good place to stay if you are going to Alexander Palace as there is a shortage of accommodation in this area. Big car park which was a plus. Inside this beautiful building and small well kept garden, the interior is very tired and dated which is so sad, it...

Stayed for two nights over a weekend in a executive room. Very comfortable every amenity that you could wish for except a pool. Staff very friendly and breakfast was superb. Great if you are driving, but quite some distance from the tube ! Would recommend.

Stayed for an event @ Wembley. Good location. Nice surroundings. Staff helped with early check in and offered complementary taxi to Wembley. Clean rooms, comfy beds. Good size bathroom with choice of shower or bath.

Rather disappointed with this hotel as we have stayed in a number of other handpicked hotel and they are usually really comfortable with lots of attention to detail. This just didn't seem to be in the same league at all. My overall memory was that the hotel was cool, even our room! However, our reception on arrival ( they couldn't...

This hotel has great potential but their attention to detail is non-existent and customer service is fairly lukewarm. As usual when we arrived, I made a bee line for the bedroom window as a nice view is a priority with me (I always request one on booking). I was quite shocked when I pulled back the curtains to find frosted...

There was 6 of us having dinner at the Hendon hall hotel and was very disappointed with service and food. They didn't have much choice on the menus as it is and the waiting time for each course was unbelievable. We waited 1 hours for our starter and main. Not only that but the order was taken wrongly as well....

This is the perfect place if you want an olde worlde mansion with beautiful grounds, delicious food, and very friendly and accommodating staff. However, should you be on a business trip to London, beware: the place is miles away from the tube, and everything happens slowly. The cooked breakfast - delicious and very far from your usual fry-up - took...
