We have stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is in a classical London style, the furnishing are very nice and well cared in the smallest details. The rooms are large with spacious bathroom. The staff were impeccable, always friendly, helpful and smiling. In our case we found a really professional Italian person who supported us during our...

Whether you are heading to London for your first visit or have been there before this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Every aspect of this hotel is top notch and I hardly know where to begin. We were greeted as if we were long lost family with a basket of fruit, glass bottled water,...

We stayed here one night after our Edinburgh trip. We picked this one since it's walking distance to Paddington station and Hyde Park. First of all when we arrived at this hotel it was 10 mintues to the 2 PM check-in time, the staff could very well let us check in but she wanted us to wait. We had places...

The location is good, near the Paddington station. It is easy to go in and out from the airport. The dinner is terrific. I wonder why there is few comments on the restaurant of this hotel. We enjoyed the Tapas like dishes on Easter holiday. The suite room is fantastic.

Dear changpeiyeh, Thank you so much for your review and I am delighted to read that you enjoyed the food at The Hyde. Our new luxury cocktail bar has recently been opened and it's a pure luxury in our 19th Century British townhouse, which we are extremely proud of!! London is truly a remarkable city, and I could not agree...

Great three days and two nights in this wonderful and beautiful hotel. An absolute kind and competent staff from our arrival until our departure (with a very special mention for Kseniia, Mathilde and Roxanne who were absolutely great and whom we regret not having thanked enough...we'll do it next time). Many languages spoken by staff. Tea offered before our check-in....

I had planned a Mother Daughter trip and was looking for a smaller hotel with a convenient location. This hotel fit perfectly. One block to beautiful Hyde Park, 2 block walk to Paddington Station. What was nice is right around the corner are a lot of cheap little eateries, which we prefer when traveling vs formal, expensive dinners. That saved...

This hotel was perfect for us, just a few minutes walk from Paddington where we were catching the Heathrow express the next day. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome, with some added little touches to help us celebrate it extra special. From was lovely too as was the rest of the hotel. It's a...

We stayed here for a couple of days on our way to Liverpool, I loved this place, it was beautifully decorated with old world furniture. A large spacious bathroom, a pod coffee machine, wardrobe and safe. Only a short walk, to Hyde park, some shopping, a nice pub, and restaurants in the next street. We also walked to Buckingham palace,...
