My husband & I booked a double room with a four poster bed last Sunday. We arrived a little early which was not a problem at all, we were able to leave our bags in safe storage & they were taken to our room when the room was ready. All in all the hotel, service & food we could not...

First of all, I must say that the staff are utterly charming and can't do enough for you. However, this little hotel is overrated. Don't ever stay in Room 2. The staff go back and forth all day and all night and I had to use ear plugs. The mattress is so hard that I had to request duvets to...

This is a little old, but well maintained hotel in the Earl's Court area. The location is fine with many restaurants around. Our room and and bathroom were small and the shower tiny but functional. Unfortunately, the beds were quite hard, but the room was quiet. They only serve cold breakfast and it is a bit limited. On arrival I...

All was really good, very good price/quality ratio. Some points of attention would be that it was a challenge to downscale the room temperature, I did not find the heating-area. Just opening the window was OK. Another point of attention should be the breakfast-buffet. No eggs, but for the rest a good and healthy breakfast (however 18 ukP was overrated).

I was in London recently for 6 nights vacation. I stayed in a double room at Twenty Nevern Square for that time. The staff at the hotel really helped make my vacation memorable. From the welcome email I received after making a reservation on their website, through to the welcome on check in, the friendly conversation each morning and evening...

We booked a Double Deluxe, we arrived earlier than check in time (2pm) but was told we could leave bags with them, which was amazing. So when we came back at about 5pm we found our belongings already in our room. Our room was a decent size but limited things, was expecting coffee/tea station but none (although you could ring...

Lovely little hotel hidden in back streets of west London. Great for museums and South Kensington. Rooms lovely and transitional. Breakfast only continental but very nice all the same. Staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. Will be back!

Lovely boutique hotel, the staff were helpful and friendly. Ideal location for Central London as it is on the Piccadilly line. We only stayed for one night but it was a comfortable room, we stayed in the Pasha Suite which has a balcony. Peaceful and quiet area and hotel . The breakfast was great and unlimited coffee was an extra...

Temperature in 'small double' was above 25 degrees C in february. Only solution offered was the advice to 'open the window'. This opened to a shared balcony/fire exit structure which enabled easy access to intruders. I hardly slept the 3 nights I spend there. Staff was polite but did not offer solutions. They advised me to contact the hotel manager...

We booked the Mezzanine room for three nights in December 2016. When arriving we stored our bags and could order any coffee we wanted on the house which was served in the waiting area. We only checked in late, but the reception was very friendly. We loved the room, We knew the ceiling was lower in the room, but that...
