This is such a beautiful hotel with staff who are so welcoming and stunning in their unique uniforms and do all possible to make your stay so enjoyable. The beds are definitely the most comfortable I have been in for a long time. The concierge were fantastic for organising dinner for us each evening. We loved it and the location....

The staff has been very helpful, friendly, efficient - and well dressed. The hotel is very well located and has excellent accommodations. Good food at breakfast and dinner. Very nice bar with good jazzy live music. Most comfortable bed. A sophisticated ambiance. What else could you ask for? A pool, maybe.

I was not a guest, but work nearby and fancied a cooked breakfast one Saturday morning. It was busy (mostly hotel guests, I expect, but I was made to feel just as valued a customer) but service was efficient but not too intrusive. A very good menu and reasonably priced (£20 for full English, coffee and service). Delicious fry-up. The...

This hotel is fantastic. Physically the hotel is classy and welcoming. The staff is first rate. The only downside is the location. It is centrally located however the immediate area is nothing special. Concierge staff is excellent especially Ashley. Will definitely stay here again.

This place is where you need to be. The decor is fantastic, the service is second to none. The building is amazing. We have been coming here for years, and it never fails to impress. The staff go that extra 10% to ensure you are happy. Was not going to complain about a bad breakfast experience in the Holborn Dining...

The potential is there, but there is still a lot of cutting and polishing needed to deliver a true 5 * service. Love the building, the quirky nic nacs and cool spaces and the food is ok (but again just ok). The big let down is the service - having to ask 3 x to get bags sent to the...

Sheer luxury, great décor with lots of amusing details and very comfortable bedroom. The minute you walk into the court yard you seem sheltered from the noise of London streets. Breakfast are very nice - service is a bit slow at times (and waiters forgetful)

I had little knowledge of the Rosewood Hotel and so it was a very pleasant surprise to find it to be excellent and well-located. True, there were one or two minor issues, but they were compensated by the high quality of the hotel and the overall high quality of its staff. Check in was handled smoothly and I was offered...
