Hands down the best hotel experience and service I have ever received. We stayed here for a work event and the team were superb - from organising logistics, to handling during the event to post-event - everything was very smooth. We had to check out late and it wasn't an issue for the hotel at all. I'd highly recommend this...

Great hotel not too far from Oxford and Piccadilly Circus. Staff wonderful including Puppy Pearl who lounges in the lobby and meets and greets! Courtyard is wonderful as you drive through the architecture archway as you pull up to this upscale hotel. My room included breakfast which was excellent. The bar was a treat as I had met there for...

What a wonderful hotel the service was second to none. All the staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Daniel who was front of desk was particularly helpful and kind. The only downside of this beautiful hotel was the price of the drinks in the bar. Just have the one so you can experience the...

This luxury hotel is very near to Holborn tube station. Lots of staff fussing over us. The decor is fantastic. The food and drinks are great here in the restaurants and bars. They have a yummy desserts room. Really enjoyable here.

I stayed here just for one night with my husband in August. We are both very familiar with the building as we met as employees of Pearl Assurance who used to own and use it as their head office. It felt slightly surreal to go back, and there was quite a feeling of déjà vu using the staircase! Rosewood have...

London is expensive, 5 star in London is very expensive. How come so many of them get it wrong? Rosewood doesn't. We stayed here for 2 nights at Christmas. Great service, opulent lobby and lovely rooms. Rooms are better than all the other 5 star's I've stayed in London. The pièce de résistance....the mirror room for breakfast. Can't be a...

My husband booked a girls trip for my sister and I in June 2016 as a small getaway from the life a stay at home mom to one year old twins. I had been to London several times and stayed at different hotels throughout and hands down, the Rosewood London was one of the most convenient and comfortable. The concierge...

Rosewood London is really beautiful and in a great location. LOVE the lobby, the dramatic black and white tiles and carpeting, the couches with glass coffee tables with fresh flowers and eclectic books; music & art. The room was nice, nothing too special, though the marble in the bathroom was beautiful with gold and white detail. Will go back with...
