Great location beside Tower Bridge, service from staff extremely helpful and friendly. Facilities in hotel very good. A great weekend and would recommend to anyone. Excellent views from room of Tower Bridge and close to lots of bars and restaurants.

I got a river view. Sadly not of the bridge, but hey ho. I didn't pay extra for a bridge view. Facilities great, you cannot hear any outside noise. It was in a great location close to where we wanted to go (twilight tour of the Tower of London) staff were helpful and we managed to park in the car...

We stayed 3 nights in a twin share room and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The hotel is huge and the rooms were bigger than others of a similar price in London. Fantastic location right on the river. The Sunday roast was delicious.

I found our room with a marina view satisfactory and well maintained. The location by the Tower Bridge provides easy access to the Tower Museum, crown jewels etc. Other sites in London require a subway ride but you have easy access- a ten minute walk - to the Circle line. Lots of restaurants in Marina or across the Bridge on...

The Hotel was ideally located , central to all attractions. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, from the moment you walk in, wonderful atmosphere. Scenic views of The Thames and what a glorious view of Tower Bridge, truly amazing.

The Hotel was great! The staff and concierge were very helpful. A very large breakfast buffet is available for purchase. The only (minor) complaint was from the noise level in our room. We were on the second floor and could hear noise from the street level while it was not a huge deal, it was a minor annoyance when trying...

We booked this hotel based on reviews and its proximity to The Shard where we had a dinner reservation. We used the underground parking which is a real bonus in central London. Our check in was swift and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had opted for an Executive Room which was bigger than we expected, nicely decorated,...

I had a few days booked at The Tower and had an awful stay, my room was dirty (hair in the bath, dirty glasses & the bathroom had a smell). Not only that but I paid for a view room and the only view I had was of the roof from floor 2. I also had a very rude receptionist...

Good hotel and central. Room view wasnt great, but was paid for by work. Nice bathroom and amenities. Small room overall and a switch inside the room which can tell room service if you wish not to be disturbed. Nice touch. Advise to book with breakfast.

We booked the hotel for its location and price but had reservations that the hotel might not be as good as we would be happy with having read some reviews .... However, the complete opposite was the case; greeted by friendly staff who offered us an upgrade which gave us free parking and access to the private lounge as well...
