This hotel has a great location with some iconic views over Tower Bridge and St Katherine's Dock. It is a large hotel and can be a little busy and impersonal but the staff work hard to be friendly and helpful. The quality of the rooms, however, is patchy. The first room we were allocated was extremely small and as I...

Great hotel at a great price. We booked for a Birthday weekend to see a show. We arrived Friday about 12:00 and quickly checked in. Its a well run Hotel that goes a bit further with customer service than most. Breakfast was everything you could possibly need and good quality too. Hotel bar was nice and not too expensive by...

Visited the coffee shop inside the hotel under the stairs, it was an old favourite, however there's an obligatory 15% service charge now. It should be displayed and I was informed at desk that others have complained so be aware.

My hubby booked this hotel as a surprise weekend away for Valentines. We could not check in until 4pm however this did not bother us as we wanted to get out and explore. This hotel is in a great location, the surrounding area had everything we needed including lovely restaurants, the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and the Shard all...

Had afternoon tea with my daughter. Lovely. Well worth the money and visit. They couldn't do enough for us. Great service and view over the river. It was a rainy day and we had a window seat. It was an early birthday present and once the staff knew they went all out. Will definitely go again.

Staying at the hotel overnight before heading off on holiday. The rooms were of a very good standard and the staff, particularly in the bar, were very friendly. The hotel does offer a car park on a first come, first served basis. Reservation is not possible. If you manage to get a space, great and I did.

The Location of this hotel saves it from awful reviews in my eyes. Was booked in a 'Superior' for 5 nights at the start of Feb, if this room was superior, I'd be interested to see the standard rooms. Room was dated with paints scratched off the cupboard doors. Bathroom and shower also very dated. Shower with plastic casing leaked...
