I visit London every year and I’ve stayed in this hotel before in 2012. Based on my previous stay, and the multiple pictures that management had been placing on social media, I figured it had been given its much needed overhaul that was well overdue...More
In this great location you won't find anywhere more reasonably priced to stay. So if all you want is somewhere to bury your head at night this is the place for you. Great tube and district line access with plenty of bars & restaurants within...More

The outside of the hotel and lobby are attractive and welcoming enough and the hotel is on a range of bus routes and between Earls' Court and Gloucester Road tube stations.
Our "double" room on the 2nd floor was very small with a lousy view...More
This has to be the worse hotel I've ever stayed in. We booked it last minute as a mini stay in London.
When arrived we were met by three very young girls who didn't really seem to know what they were doing and they were...More

With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming
and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
There are no safes in any of the rooms.
When I was there they let me keep my extra cash in their safe in the office.
They will not keep any other items like jewelry, cash only.
Enjoy your trip and have fun!
