Dirty bed linen and towel, hairs in the bath, dirty floor, dated room, key card failed twice, dried up breakfast, yes, it's in a good location but if you want a decent hotel stay look elsewhere...........

What a perfect location for visiting London. Right on the Holborn road this hotel is only a few minutes from Covent Garden and Theatre Land and an easy stroll to Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus. The view from the top floor is pretty good too. St Pauls, the Gherkin, the Shard and other landmarks are all in sight. The breakfast...

After staying here a couple of years ago and vouching to come back we have and were not disappointed. This Travelodge is in a great position for theatres,Covent Garden & touristy london sites. Since our last visit this hotel has had a revamp and it has definitely made a difference. The hotel is warm and welcoming. Easy check in with...

very comfortable bed, but I didn't get to enjoy it as much as I would have liked due to the heavy noise outside my room. I could hear cars skidding and playing music up until 4:30am. As well as this, I could hear drunks talking loudly as they walked down the side street.

Stayed here whilst visiting London for the Marathon at weekend. Stayed at the Drury Lane side and it was great. A little more basic than the other travelodges we've stayed in but very comfortable and clean. Staff were lovely, had a problem with the shower head which was sorted within a few hours after the offer of another room. They...

Good location and a very decent price. The family block is based a 2 min walk away. The rooms are large and not luxurious in anyway. The breakfast is good but can get very busy especially during school breaks. The only downside is that it is right next to a building site. Constant noise from 7.30-6.30 Monday to Saturday.

Standard Travelodge formula but being older and central it was tired and the room small. Price as always varies by demand so this visit not very good value given the price charged and the mediocre quality. I'd be more upbeat if I'd hit a better price point or if the price felt worth it.
