Stayed here for 2 nights as partner was running marathon. Absolutely delighted with this hotel. We were in the other building (not Drury Lane) and the corridors could do with an update. The bathroom could also do with an update however the room was comfortable and I have no complaints. The location however makes this hotel. It is so Central...

From being asked for an extra £10 for checking in 30 minutes early to having a room with a tiny window and a stained floor, my experience of this hotel was not good. Simple things like having a hook to hang your towel on, are not a lot to ask . Definitely never again.

From the outside this hotel is not attractive at all, but once inside the place is a modern typical Travel Lodge . We were met by very friendly, helpful staff when we checked in, and were allocated to the 5th floor. The room was clean, with a bath/shower that was very good in respect of plenty of hot water and,...

Good hotel location with easy access to Holborn, Covent Garden and Tottenham Court road tube stations. We ended up in the building across the road on High Holborn which was great, the room was spotless, the bed comfy and the shower hot. The luggage store facility was much appreciated on both arrival and departure day. Breakfast was good, with staff...

clean but the soap dispenser didn't work. Staff were friendly but missed the basics like directing us towards the room instead of leaving us to find it ourselves. might as well stay in another non-chain hotel considering the price.

However, another kind guest offered to help me with the luggage at the enterance. Drain wasn't working well in the bathroom, sink got flooded and I actually found...

If you want a good "free" sky line view of London floor 13 is great providing the lifts are not noisy. Good for Drury Lane and Covent Garden theatre land. Not the easiest of hotels to visit if using public transport.

A worrying medical emergency was treated with prompt, caring, professional efficiency by staff on duty; very reassuring - thank you. Location was excellent and room surprisingly quiet; comfortable bed and heating control and all basic necessities covered.

Visited here for one night as the hotel is in a great location for the West End. Was greeted by Chris on reception who was very friendly and offered us a choice of rooms. He recommended floor 13 in the block over the road. This room was clean, large and had great views across London. This review is really to...
