We were informed on our arrival that we had been given an upgrade to an executive room at no extra charge. Room was 001 in the basement and at the front next to very busy Cromwell Road, we had requested a quiet room. What was worse was the smell - like it was a communal toilet for all the cats...

We stayed here twice over a two week period during a holiday in the UK in late August & early Sept. It may be a little on the expensive side, but I think that is offset by the following factors: - Location is great with the Gloucester Road Tube station only 5minutes walk. - the heart of Hyde Park only...

As our room was on the basement level we heard very loud noises of furniture being moved until 12:30am and then again in the morning from 8:30am from the bar above us. Our air conditioner made a horrible noise when on so we had to have it off even though it was very cold. When we checked out we weren't...

We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and we thouroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was quite spacious, neat and very clean. The room seemed to have been renovated recently and the bathroom was very spacious, clean and the towels were changed every day for us. Breakfast was of very good quality and there was a variety of food...

I stayed in the hotel in the middle of the week for 110 pounds for a single room I got a room with a size of a single bed and nothing more I think that for this price one should get a bigger room Other than that the hotel was OK with standard breakfast

We stayed at the Park International hotel whilst in London on business for 5 nights. The Good: - The lobby is very attractively done with plush carpets in the passages. - We stayed in room 625 which had a balcony and really pleasantly decorated. - The rooms was very temperate and coped well with the winter weather - The bed...

We stayed 5 nights, on the 4th morning we were still dealing with room maintenance issues, after repeated meetings with duty and front of house managers. Our meeting with the general manager took us little further. Why is it so many hotels are reactive in dealing with these issues? Is it unreasonable to expect that the shower tray drains properly,...

We our room to be ready, but just hoping that they could mind our luggage, we were delighted to find our room was ready. This was wonderful after a long haul flight from Australia. The staff were extremely friendly especially the bar and restaurant staff. The breakfasts were very good, there was a good choice. The pastries were especially very...

I've book the Park International for 2 nights. The management team is very nice and helpful. It is strange that the mini bar is empty and it will be refiled just "upon request", in the end it is a 4 star hotel and it suppose to have it full. In any case you can buy drinks directly from the bar....

Good Afternoon, I would like to thank you for taking the time to complete another review after your stay with us again. I am very happy to read that you enjoyed your stay with us again. During your stay the fire alarm was activated. This was activated due to another guest which was thankfully not an emergency. We do not...

I stayed in The Park International for a business trip, the hotel was very nice, clean and tidy. Gloucester Road Tube station is a very short walk away and so getting into the centre of London was easy. There are restaurants near to the hotel as well. Having breakfast included is always a draw for me, which was again, very...

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
