The room was very nice very clean, a nice decoration, a very clean bathroom, perfect for my business trip. Richard the receptionist was very helpful very warm, always ready to help you and to make your stay easy! The breakfast was delicious and served with smile

Compact and could do with some attention - the walls are a bit marked and the electrical sockets seemed temperamental. But if you are looking for a basic place to stay in a good location this serves its purpose well enough. Reasonable range of options at breakfast and all the staff we spoke with were friendly.

First impressions from the outside good, and reception was pragmatic and efficient. (Don't expect a warm welcome). There is no lift so carrying heavy bags to the third floor was painful up and along the narrow staircases and landings. The decor is worn at best and dirty at worst, well past it's use by date. The electrical wiring and sockets...

Fantastic location, really helpful friendly staff. Small room and bathroom but very clean and functional. Great price for the area. Breakfast was available but didn't have time to have it. Stairs were something else ( Had room 15 on top floor!) Over all had a good experience, would stay there again and certainly recommend. : )

Have stayed in this hotel 3-4 times this year on short business trips. Clean and tidy, excellent breakfast cooked to order. 3 mins walk from all the amenities of Edgeware Road incl. Supermarket nearby. Less than 10mins walk to Marble Arch and Oxford Street. Highly recommended

Perfectly located in walking distance to oxford street and hide park. Friendly staff, but the rooms are very small, dirthy and the walls are paper thin. The beds are also small, but comfortable. Simple breakfast with eggs of you choice and toast.

Stayed for 5 nights. I'm used to the small size of the rooms in London, but this was one of the smallest. The bathroom was tough because I am a larger than average person, but it was usable. The water was plenty hot and I took my normal 10 minute shower no problem. The room could definitely use a little...

A room located underground, exactly under the lobby (so that each time somebody entered the hotel, I heard their steps loudly) without speaking about the toilets of the reception also located above the room and which made a huge noise each time they were used... No table nor desk (of course) A very tiny bathroom Really a bad room. Otherwise,...

Overall the hotel was terrible. We were a family of three. The staff was unfriendly and we did not feel welcomed. We booked for five nights but we checked out after the first night because of various reasons: The photos of the rooms on the website did not look like the actual rooms. We wanted to have our coffee in...

Booked for 7 nights as single adult traveler. I got tiny single room, about 2*2.2m where the toilets were outside the room under the stairs. The toilets were very small, where one should have a flexibility of Chinese rubber girl in order to sit and relax there. obviously there no place for towel in the toilets. After one night (actually...
