My wife and I stayed here with two of our grandchildren in a shared room. Cleaning was sketchy and the breakfast abhorrent (not a warm dish in sight - only a couple of cold-cuts in an overcrowded dining room). The front desk staff was very helpful (most of them were Polish). In general, the hotel is run down. That said,...

We booked this hotel at last minute through bookings.com, it was very last minute as we had been asked to appear live on BBC so did not have time to check out the reviews. The photo's on the site looked good so I guess they must have been a bit adventurous with them, the ones here on the Trip advisers...

Can't believe that we actually paid for such extremely Poor and abusive service from the staff.of this hotel. A total disgrace. Reasonable quality rooms rest totally utter crap. It was like the modern version of faulty towers. If you can't put up with extremely rood service then don't go there

I booked the day before I stayed here so maybe I got a lower rate, but this place seems exceptionally cheap for a good, clean hotel. It's location is less than five minutes from the tube, the breakfast was tasty, the room clean and well stocked. I didn't expect exceptional service for the price I paid, but this place was...

Location: good. Everything else below any expectation!!! (We did not expect a 5* service because we did not book a 5* hotel but...) What an arrogant pissed-off receptionist!!! It all started with the look: "Yeah? What do ya want? Here to annoy me? The funny thing was that the 1st thing you see in front of this man is a...

The hotel is quite well located near the Earl's Court and you can expect as much comfort as you pay, though when you are a tidy person and you like "newer" places you should rather avoid this place. Our room was very small with old furniture, beds made various nises when you even only passed along them, there was nowhere...

Stayed at this hotel for one night in July as a stay over for my Son's graduation. It was Ok for one night but overall a big disappointing for a four star hotel. The room was very small and weirdly the shower set off the fire alarm if you didn't shut the bathroom door. Reception staff were efficient if not...

A nice comfortable room, cleanly and simply furnished. Friendly staff, and a good location for seeing the sights of London on a modest budget. A very nice stay. cold buffet breakfast was included in the price, but we didn't opt for it.

Comfortable, clean hotel in good location. Great price which included breakfast....was a bit apprehensive after I booked the hotel and started to read some of the comments on here but really found it to be a great budget hotel....will be returning on my next trip to London. Some people do expect The Ritz even though its a budget hotel !!!!!!!

Smells moldy, minimal showers, un-even floor, the breakfast was not good and awful view. The only thing that is missing are cockroaches. The only thing that was even near average was the beds. The breakfast times were awful so everyone ate at the last minute so it was always tight and you had to squeeze through people to get a...

The guest review is libellious and it should be removed. The review says that coachroaches are missing. This sarcastic approach invalidates any serious review. A valid review should contain facts which are true, which clearly is not the case here. The hotel serves continental breakfast, and the times are widely advertised on our website and it is normal in every...
