Me and my partner stayed here for a Weekend Break. Our room was in the basement which seemed far from anything. It was so hot to. The room was really spacious and the bed was lovely the only problem we really had with the room was the bathroom, the toilet was squeezed in next to the shower and we had...

I stayed at the hotel for Christmas with my wife and child. The room that I checked into was quite small but the friendly girl at the reception made sure that I got a bigger room the day after. The room was clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly and always had a smile. Breakfast a little on the expensive...

location is close to paddington and city buses, and restaurants. if you have a problem with stairs the entrance and dining area will cause you a problem. had a single room, comfy bed, good shower, but VERY small, lots of noise out front with ambulance sirens every 10 minutes. if you need good wifi, it's NOT here. not even 57%...

Having stayed at this hotel before o booked a quad room for the family. We arrived before midday to drop our bags and they said we could have a room straight away. A basement room not too bad. Apart from the shower.. dodgy shower head. A bright flood light outside our room which at first kept me awake but after...

I took a 'cheap deal' that meant staying at the basement. It said ensuite and I didn't mind a little noise or not having a view as I'm not a fussy traveler. But this is something else! I could hear people walking up and down the creaky floors from very early morning to late at night, sometimes could even hear...

There isn't anything to complain about about this hotel. The rooms are clean and warm, and have great showers and water pressure too. But I cannot give this hotel more than two stars on account of the unbelievably poor wifi service. There simply is no excuse for a hotel in central London in 2016 to not have decent wifi. The...

We stayed here for 3 nights; 8th-11th. The hotel was really easy to find - literally a two minute was from the tube opposite Hilton. The staff were really friendly and attentive; check in was quick and our room was ready straight away. Our room was large and clean - for the two of us we had a double bed...

A very nice clean hotel. The room we stayed in was very warm, compact and had all you needed for a short stay in London. 5 minutes walk to Lancaster Gate tube station, around a 40 minute walk to Leicester Square. I would have no problem staying in this hotel for future visits to the capital.

I paid extra for the 'luxury' continental breakfast (see photo) and it was presented as shown in the photo. the luxury bit was added ham and boiled egg served on separate dishes. The juice was meant to be orange. the waitress spoke minimal English, which is OK if there are other people who can help, but there weren't. Reception had...
