The good points - bathroom was fine, shower was good and the hotels location is fine for public transport or a 30 minute walk to Hyde Park. The staff are friendly enough. End of good points. The bad points - it could be a decent, acceptable budget hotel but I assume the owners are too lazy to bother. Our radiator...

Greeted very well after a short walk from the station. The room was okay, but the old spring mattress wasn't great, neither was the smell from the bathroom, butter I think that was due to it being renovated recently. Breakfast was a bonus.

For £55.00 for the night in London was cheap and didn't mind. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was lovely. Could actually work the shower unlike some places. However the room was very hot and you have to talk to the staff about turning the temperature down.

For starters room for 3 adults far too small. Bathroom clean but if you are tall need to sit on toilet sideways. Plug hole in small sink grotty. Think it's just been painted as masking tape still wrapped round fan and fire alarm ( not safe). Plug over heating. Dirty coffee stained throw. Window wouldn't lock. Beds are fold away...

We booked this Hotel because we wanted a reasonable procedendi Hotel. We expected small rooms. But since it showed in the description that the Hotel was recently renovated we expected at least a clean room. The bathroom was dusty, we found hairs in the beds and the window lock was broken. We complained about issues and were assured that the...

Lovely, comfortable hotel in a great location. My room was air-conditioned with plenty of storage space for bags and coats. The bathroom had been cleaned to a high standard. The front-facing view was a nice bonus. My only criticism is that there could have been more staff on at reception. I had to wait a long time for the desk...

Booked a double upper floor room for our anniversary. Was given a basement room with single beds. When we complained that this wasnt what we booked. The staff were very rude. And wouldn't move us. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere.

And ended up being transferred to Holland Court. We we're not amused. Upon arrival we had to pay for wifi per 24hrs! My husband managed to get it for half price since we were transferred. The room was tiny, but the bathroom was okay. The breakfast was in a small room and was very simple (toast, orange juice, tea, milk...
