Stayed here for a couple of nights with a friend and our teenage children to do some sightseeing and explore London!! The location is fantastic and a great base to explore! The check in was efficient but as we arrived abit early only one of our rooms was ready!! It was a triple room - lovely and modern - clean...

The location was great, staff was nice and helpful. You can buy tickets for plays, musicals and different attractions from reception. Breakfast was ok. Not great but enough. On the other hand hotel is very old. Rooms definitely need a renovation. Furnitures and appliances are old. Cleaning was not the best. You can hear every sound in the other rooms...

Room was cold (in October) and no chance to switch on the heating. Shower water was not very hot, for me it was cold, so I was looking forward to arriving home to have a proper shower. The main receptionist was not very kind, but very serious and not willing to help. The other ones, on the other hand, very...

Clean basic hotel in the centre of London. You get what you pay for. Staff are knowledgeable but seem miserable.....smile! They sell entrance tickets to some top London attractions at good rates. The open top Big Blue Bus stop is right outside and underground and mainline rail are across the road. The room was clean but in need of updating,...

This place is top notch cute and quaint and the staff is so helpful. The place was spotless and smelled terrific. The typical english breakfast was delicious and fresh and I cannot say enough about the overall feel of this place. Loved my in room tea and view onto the streets! Would recommend a hundred times over.

This is a very quirky hotel. Took a while to find the room with all stairs but that was part of the charm. The room was good but bathroom was unreal, more 5 star than 3 star. Staff was very friendly and breakfast good. Great place close to tube.

We booked this hotel with friends for 3 nights and were very satisfied. Friendly staff, clean rooms and surprisingly rich breakfast. Moreover, the hotel is just opposite the underground Paddington station with direct connection to Liverpool street for Standsted express. District and Circle line will take you without changing trains to St. James´s Park, Westminster, Tower etc.

We booked an overnight stay here as we were going to a show in the West End and thought we'd make a night of it. The first thing I would say is the location is fabulous. We could see the hotel from Paddington Station exit. From here you can get the tube to Piccadilly Circus without even changing routes. The...

Don't judge this hotel from its outside appearance. Great value, clean rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast is also surprisingly good. We had excellent wifi the three days that we stayed here. The pubs across the street are noisy until midnight, so if you plan to sleep before they close, ask for a room that does not face the main...
