We stayed for 3 nights in the Elizabeth Hotel and on the staff and reception they were fine, except for a male receptionist with an exceptionally long nose who was a bit rude and seemed sat in the same position all the time we stayed at the hotel. Also the lift is not recoomended as it barely moves and is...

Short break for our wedding anniversary. On checking in we were offered a complimentary upgrade to a suite! Obviously we accepted. Spent 2 nights in the Montague Suite. All I can is very clean & cared for with a fresh smell of furniture Polish. The decor was not to our taste, but didn't worry us. Dated is an understatement. Think...

Stayed at the Hotel for two nights Bed and Breakfast. Was really pleased with the location. Checking in was no problem and the staff lovely. Our room was in the basement and was in need of some new wallpaper but the bed linen and bathroom were spotless. The food and the service at breakfast was really good. When we came...

If you want a relaxed and comfortable stay with very friendly staff then this is the hotel for you. The decor is old fashioned but it is clean and we had clean towels everyday. The water was always hot and the food was also good. Will stay again. A.&B. Graham 17.02.2012

Stayed at the Hotel and took two rooms as we had teenage kids with us. The double room was small and a little cramped. The twin room was larger and had the better TV, and modern shower. the décor is as described by other reviewers a little tired and in need of some tender love and care. But as we...

The hotel is ideally situated plus having both friendly and professional staff - nothing too much trouble. Great to have a freshly cooked english breakfast. Would highly recommend for either business or pleasure. The hotel was a major factor to our enjoyable short break.

We stayed here as part of a Groupon Voucher - it was fairly cheap and the saying you get what you pay for rings true with this hotel. I'll start off by saying it was great as parking was cheap and location was also handy right next to lancaster gate. The Steak Grill house opposite is also worth a visit!...

Stayed in a triple room with my sisters for an overnight stay and trip to the theatre. The room was old fashioned and definately could do with some modernisation. We were made to feel so welcome by the staff however .Nothing was too much trouble and the night porter even made us a sandwich at night when we came back from...

I really don't know what I made of this hotel, we stayed for two nights, while I have nothing to complain about, I would probably try somewhere else if I were to go again... On arrival we were thrilled to see how great the location is, straight off Lancaster Gate Tube Station (which is on the central line) and bang...

Stayed for my partners 50th, what a disappointment. This hotel is not a 3* hotel. If they got the 3rd star for the net curtains they could at least clean them. They were so dirty aand grey could not see through them. There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room which I have had at guesthouses and 2*...
