I don't expect luxury for £150 night in central London, but I do expect clean bed linen and mould free bathrooms. Room 1054 had neither. Bathroom also had bodged repairs. I contacted their online feedback service twice and did not receive a reply which I guess speaks about how they value their customers.

Very clean and nice hotel. It is located in the center of london and you can walk to soho in 5 minutes. It is a little bit expensive but it worth it. Most likely if i go again to london i will stay there again.

Best location, 2 min to oxford street and tube station. Very helpful staff, thank you for the free upgrade too :) On negative side, I think the rooms are a bit outdated, a renovation similar to what hyatt regency (next corner) did would be great

So we stayed here for 5 nights at Radisson Blu. Drinking water bottles are chargable. Even if u want empty plates and cutlery they charge you a 4£ "delivery to your room"fee. Rooms are pretty average and there are definitely better options available at better rates if booked in advance. Also its really not that close to the Marble Arch...

I Wrote about one of my most disappointing stays at this hotel in August of 2017. I decided to give the hotel another try on a business trip and it was a complete turnaround. for starters the Lobby had been closely overhauled and was very tastefully done and is a great ambiance. The front desk was very polite and helpful....

The ideal location for my needs this trip and very helpful, friendly and efficient staff compensated for a fairly ordinary room, despite an upgrade. Better tea selection needed please, only Eng Breakfast or Camomile offered, no green. Comfortable bed, pleasant enough view, convenient and efficient for my business purposes but not exciting. Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
