AWFUL!! ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL!! Is what sums this place up. My company had booked this hotel for us during a site visit due to its close location to site, but upon arrival we knew it was going to be bad. The state of the rooms was a disgrace! The smell of smoke was unbelievable.. and I don't think the owners have...

We stopped in this hotel for one night. We payed over £130 for a triple room. On arrival the smell of smoke is the first thing to hit you as you walk into the property. our room was pretty small and was a real mishmash, it had a double bed and 2 single beds crammed in. The decor of the...

Never stay here!!!! Only reason I did not walk out the door was I had already paid. My son was appalled by the attitude of the staff on arrival. Tea, coffee and sugar was out of date. We spent minimal time here, did not even stay for breakfast, we used coffee shop across the road. Cleaner knocked on the door...

Hotel Grenville Me and my Bestfriend took a trip to London on the 20/8/16 to 21/08/16 and we decided to stay here. We are both 20 years old and didn't need a fancy hotel just as long as it was clean. Advantages- Brilliant location, really close to st Pancras station and the tube. There are loads of shops and cafes...

At first I was put off by the bad reviews but I really needed a cheap hotel for my trip to see the sights of London. The initial reaction in getting here was deep regret, I felt incredibly uncomfortable and my room was so small and grim. However, I asked to swap rooms and from then on it was a...

Ghastly!! Entrance is via another hotel next door. Net curtains were so filthy they set off our daughter's asthma! Ensuite was the sort you find on ships (really!), dirty, chipped, cramped. Asked for milk and was given packets of powder. No room for breakfast and we were so very stressed with the conditions that we fled to the nearby Costa...

Location was good but overpriced for what you get (£50 max!). No coffee, sugar or milk in the room (just tea bags). It was clean(ish) but the floor was so uneven it was difficult to walk on. Things felt like they were going to break if you touched them. Toilet so small I couldn't go to the loo without the...
