Stayed at this hotel for one night. The room was small but contained everything one would need in a room, even down to the ear plugs. The breakfast was very nice and the lady on the breakfast desk was very helpful. She smiled all the time and any requests were attended to immediately. We had lunch at the restaurant which...

Mum and I came to London for the weekend, we had booked 1 night here and one night elsewhere... the staff on arrival were lovely and welcoming. We checked in and got to our room which we found we averagely cleaned but quite small. The beds we found quite uncomfortable and he room was very hot (even though we had...

Dear Rachel W, Thank you for reviewing your stay with us. We are happy to see that you had an overall enjoyable stay. It is no surprise that our rooms are on the small side, as we are located in a centennial Victorian building, but they all are equipped up to the standards of Mercure UK. We do have radiators...

We, ve stayed in a three beded room; big, warm, perfect three individual beds, bathroom perfect... in the first floor, in front of Southampton Row (busy road), but they provided us earplugs in case the sound bothered us, but it didn't!. The buffet breakfast was perfectly complete: juices, pastries, warm food, fruits, etc and they have gluten free toasts!!!! Situation:...

Dear Stuart F, Thank you for reviewing your recent stay with us. We are happy to see that you had an overall enjoyable stay. As a non standardized brand, all Mercure Hotels are different from one another. Ours is located in a centennial Victorian building, which makes it hard for us when it comes to refurbishments and alterations, as we...

We spent 2 night in this hotel, 3 persons room. The location is ideal, from there we were able to walk to most tourist spots. The room was big enough not to feel squeezed, the service was really good too. The room was well heated and clean.

I stayed here one night in January 2017. The hotel is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The room had a coffee pot, coffee/tea, biscuits, and water for the guests. The bath was roomy and had lotion, shower gel and shampoo. The only thing missing was a wash cloth. The room itself had a nice bed, safe, flat screen TV, iron,...

The hotel location is truly great. It is within walking distance from Covent Garden and there are 2 tube stations near the hotel. The room was clean and quiet. Stayed here last weekend with my boyfriend and in laws, hotel rooms were small but had everything you needed so no complaints there, it's also very close to the west end which was handy as we were in town to see a show. Breakfast was really good and very reasonable at £10 per head. Only complaint is that the room...
