Like most hotels in London (and elsewhere we have found) you can get individual items laundered at an individual price e.g. One shirt. It works out very, very expensive. However, there are plenty of laundromats around where you can wash and dry all your laundry. The hotel will certainly have an ironing service and/or loan of an iron and ironing board. We travelled in Italy last year and found this a very good option, and you get to meet lots of new people while your clothes get washed!!
