An excellent hotel in a very quiet and convenient location adjacent to a number of London landmarks and close to some excellent restaurants. The service was to a very high standard, as per our previous visit, and breakfast and evening meals a !re to the same high standard - nothing is too much trouble. Will be returning!

I have to say, it was the best hotel experience ever. Ever. And I have been to hotels around the world from five star to no star. The staff made the trip for me. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Sebastian, Patrik, Cezar, and Paulos stand out in their kind treatment of this senior citizen. The location is great and...

I really enjoyed my stay. from the moment I checked in until I checked out, I felt comfortable and at home. I checked in on the app, Thank you for that cost savings recommendation! And then I was escorted to my room for a brief tour of the amenities. I liked that.

Stayed here from tues to thurs. Quiet and charming hotel set in centre of London. Great service pleasant staff that create an atmosphere of a home from home. Hotel is beside the National Museum and bedrooms are quiet. A wonderful contrast to the working day. Enjoyed the stay would recommend .

Our second stay at this amazing hotel. Staff are attentive without being over bearing.
