My husband and I recently stayed with our 2 children and had a great time at The Hayden. From the moment we picked up the keys at the bar, everyone made us feel at home. Rooms were very small, as expected for London, but impeccable. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless. We appreciated the free waters and chocolate in the fridge. We had dinner at the pub one night and the food was excellent. We were happy to be in such a lively neighborhood with many restaurants and stores nearby. A couple of tube stations 2-3 blocks away made it easy to get around. This option is not for everyone since you only get a room above a pub, but if you are looking for something different then think no more. Loved the Hayden! And thank you to Sylvia in particular for being such a great hostess during our checkout process.

Wow - what a find! Gorgeous accommodation! Rooms are very clean and spacious for a city location. Very well equipped also. Staff were super friendly and helpful, literally couldn’t do enough to help us. Allowed us to arrive two hours early and a free cocktail of choice!! We also had food during our stay and it was lovely! Which we received a discount on, due to staying with them. All in all a very very positive experience. If you are considering here then - Book now!

What a lovely little gem. The rooms are pristine, comfortable and really quite gorgeous. They have everything you need. The staff member who checked us in and looked after our bags was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. You wouldn’t even have known that you were staying above a really busy and popular pub! We only stayed one night as we were down in London to see family in NH, but would definitely come again. Highly recommend.

I really can’t fault The Hayden. The welcome was wonderful and relaxed. The pub is nicely decorated and the welcome drink, welcome! The room itself (6) was quiet well appointed and had everything you need for a great break. The bed was comfortable, helping towards a great night sleep. The treats and coffee in the room were a nice touch, and the shower was hot and powerful. The food in the pub was excellent, both dinner and breakfast. Residents get a discount, but even without that it’s good value. I don’t usually write reviews, but felt compelled on this occasion.

Just brilliant. Very welcoming, impeccable rooms with lovely decor, comfy beds and a quite excellent bathroom (with robes!). Had delicious ribs for dinner and overall this was a flawless visit. Thoroughly recommended to anyone looking for food or accommodation in W2.
