Avoid at all costs. Ripped stair carpets, dirty, overpriced. Breakfast served in room .....bowl of cornflakes with the milk already poured on. Rip off, tatty furniture, stained bath, holes in the wall, doggy plugs. Lift on its last legs and card machine not working so had to go to cash machine.

1. The bedroom windows in the children's room had NO LOCK. A complete safety issue.5th floor up. 2. The bedroom door had no lock. We had to place a side table against it when we napped in the afternoon. 3. The children woke up from their 45 mins nap covered in small insect bites from the sheets. 4. The bathrooms...

This is one hotel that can claim to have the best staff but sadly the rooms while spacious are outdated and is not worth the price tag. The credit card machine was out of order! This is a problem for anyone who don't carry cash and travel using business cards. Rooms facing the road were subjected to road resurfacing the...

Less than two minutes walk from the tube station, this Hotel is excellently placed. We were visiting London to go to the Chelsea Flower Show and could not have picked a better position for our budget. The room we stayed in was large and very comfortable and well decorated (basket of chocolates and a well stocked fridge in the kitchen)....

I came to stay at the hotel and it was possibly the worst , undated , dirtiest , dullest , unfriendly , overpriced hotel I have ever been too! Please don't book here take my advice !!!!! The hotel is tiny and is in serious need of a decoration. The lift felt like it was going to brake and was...

Great location. Awful hotel. Uncomfortable, poor poor breakfast, noisy and run down. This hotel seriously needs a revamp. The breakfast consisted of a cold croissant on a tray with a pot of yoghurt and some stewed tea. I stayed with my mum on a shopping trip and it almost ruined it. Not impressed.

Visited with a small group of friends for a weekend in London - and were pleasantly surprised by the price of a hotel in such a nice area at such short notice...now we know why. We arrived over an hour after the check in time butstill had to wait 15 minutes to be shown to our room as it was...

I've been visiting London and stayed in Knightsbridge Green hotel even if I saw lot of bad reviews in here, For me was a good experience overall , the hotel is situated in central London and is very good if you looking to visit any attractions in central London or if you just fancy shopping on oxford street. You would be more than wise to pay less and stay in a travel lodge. However If you fancy rooms that look like they have been last decorated in 1972 and potentially enjoy the sound of Arabic music seemingly piped into your room from a bloke next door who doesn't seem to sleep between 1am and 5am and insists on...

This is right in the middle of Knightsbridge. As some of the other comments note the hotel is a little dated but the staff are fantastic and go out of their way to help. The room is comfortable and of a decent size. The old lift adds to the charm. We traveled as a couple with an 11 and 9...

Staying in Knightsbridge

Neighbourhood Profile
Knightsbridge
When millions of tourists want to shop 'til they drop, they do it along Brompton Road and its boutique-lined tributaries, including the world-renowned Harrods. And when millionaires want to flaunt what they've already got, many of them find Knightsbridge and Belgravia the perfect place to do so, often behind stately mansion walls or down quiet private mews. Delve beyond the ultra-luxe exterior and you'll find some of this city's cosiest pubs, quiet gardens, and all sorts of indie retailers and enterprises worth a short exercise in spontaneous window shopping. For those looking to take a break from shopping, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and some of the city's most popular museums are nearby.
