Stayedhere overnight prior to a meeting. The meeting organisers allowed a budget of £100 per night which doesn't get you much in central London. The room was fairly small but very clean. The bathroom was spotless. Breakfast is croissants, bread rolls cheese etc. It is not aluxury hotel but I felt it was good value for teh money. As it's...

I just returned from a week-long stay at the Comfort Inn Kings Cross in London, England, UK. Though the room was small, it was perfect for a person who just needed a place to sleep and rest before exploring the city of London. It is set off of the main roads, so the room was quiet throughout the day. The...

We stayed for 1 night prior catching the Eurostar to Paris Disney, it is just across the road from St Pancreas, the room was very clean and adequate for our stay, it was small but had enough room to move around in without bumping into anything, staff were very helpful, and the breakfast next morning was OK and kept us...

I WAS 19 YEARS OLD, I and my boyfriend booked a double room at commfort inn just for 2 night and then we want to reach ireland. Unfortunately my boyfriend got sick, so we continued our terrible staying at comfort inn for 5 nights. They said us that to continue our stay we have to change room, so gave us...

I just got back last night from 17 days in Europe, with the last 4 days in London. We stayed at this hotel mainly because how central it was. First of all, from the Gatwick Airport, you can buy a train ticket that takes you directly to the Kings Cross Train Station... if you buy 4 tickets, you get them...

Stopped here one night only, thank goodness. Paid over £100 for a room advertised as a double but on entering room realised there was only about 1/2 m clearance each side to the walls. The building from the outside has a Georgian look but as you enter the building all evidence of a former Georgian building is completely absent. The...

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, after reading some of the reviews we were a little apprehensive, but were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Reception was spotlessly clean and we were greeted by an extremely pleasant member of staff and showed to our room, the room was quite large (bigger than we expected) it was clean and very...

Be forewarned – our rooms at the Comfort Inn, Kings Cross were so ridiculously retched that after a couple nights, we referred to them as our Dungeon! The front desk staff was dismissive and disorganized. They insisted on seeing my credit card three times, so I am now closely monitoring my bill. The euphemistically named "lower first floor" room is...

It's difficult to find a nice but cheap hotel in London. This town is really expensive. Hotels usually aren't the cleanest and have the smallest rooms and hallways. My room was small too. After entering I stood right next to the bed. The cover was 70s style but everything was clean. The bathroom was small and clean too, but that...

Great location sums up this nice little hotel in renovated old townhouses. Kings Cross tube and train station as well as busses to everywhere are an easy block and a half away. It's not the fanciest in town but the staff was helpful and friendly and the price very reasonable for London. The room air conditioning was the best we...

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighbourhood Profile
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
