This Hotel is handily placed for the theatres and other attractions of London. It is situated just off Russell Square so it has ready access to the London Transport system. Although check-in isn't until 3, we arrived at 2pm and as our room was ready we could check-in early. Very pleasant and helpful reception staff. Room was a reasonable size...

Reasonable rates, variety of rooms-on street/off street. Excellent staff who do make your day. Good location just off Russell Square park and Tube. Very good breakfast but presented in large boring room.

My wife and I travel to San Jose 5/6 times a year and usually stay out of downtown. This trip we opted to stay right on the main pedestrian mall and searched hotels. President Hotel seemed like a good choice and convenient. We were really surprised when we got there. The location is perfect. The hotel is beautiful and clean...

Goood location and when considering the price we paid it is a great deal. Breakfast not really a breakfast but per 110 gbp per night and when you have pret mager just outside the hotel, it doesn't really matter

We stayed here just for the one night, overall it was very pleasant and in a great location. Check in wasn't until 3 but we arrived about 12 just to leave our bags there but they said the rooms were ready and allowed us to check in then which was very helpful! The hotel bar was great and we were...

I stopped at this hotel in march for mine and my friends birthday. The hotel is in a really good location to a tube stop, we had a room looking out onto Russel square and the room was big, clean and new. I also couldn't fault the breakfast on the mornings it was fresh and all the staff were very helpful.

Had a great two night stay at this hotel with my sister and my four year old. We had a triple room which was spacious, clean and well set up. Beds were comfy enough, and the shower was good. The booking included breakfast which we made full use of. My little girl was so pleased to get her own pot...

We were booked into this hotel via a Theatre/Accommodation website. Great location for getting from Kings Cross and Theatreland both short walking distance. Reception staff very friendly and efficient. Double room was small but adequate for 1 night stay and clean. However we found the bed very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs in the mattress, not the best for...

I had booked a single room on a good promotional price for one night, upon check in i was upgraded to a double, which was a nice surprize. The room was a fairly good size and newly redecorated by the looks of it and very clean, a kettle, tea and coffee were supplied. The bed was really comfy so i...

Spent 1 night at the hotel when me and friends came to London for a shopping/theatre visit, I had a room on my own and it was one of the most comfortable rooms I have had the pleasure of staying in, lovely comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities, clean bathroom, with a bath and shower, lovely soft towels. The...

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
