Stayed for 5nights last September and thought I had better write a review. On arriving reception staff accommodating and friendly. When we were given our room we were stunned as it was nothing like the pictures on the net. It was tiny and the view from our window was of a brick wall very dark and uninviting. Went to reception...

I stayed for four nights. I find the two-star reviews given here are largely accurate; I'm surprised anyone could rate it higher. On arrival after 12 hours of travel, I was shown a dismal room with a twin bed, and also shown an upgraded "double" room that I could have for about $30 more a night. Exhausted, I took the...

This was ab it of an unsuspecting hotel, when we arrived it just looks like a shop front but a bit classier. and the reception is very open. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. the room itself was a good size especially for London hotels! the bed was super comfy and there was a bath with a shower attachment....

We stayed as a couple at this hotel for one night in a standard double room. Check in was simple, the staff were friendly, and although our room wasn't ready our bags were stored for us and waiting in our room when we returned a couple of hours later. The room is very compact; a double bed with only one...

The room we had was spacious as far as hotels in central London go. We had a bath which was a lovely suprise and very much needed after pounding the streets of London. We didn't spend a great deal of time in the hotel but our room was cleaned daily, and the staff were great when we needed information. I...

My wife and I stayed in this hotel last summer for 4 nights, our room was clean and nice, clean towels are always provided, it had a kettle and cups to make tea and TV with some channels and free wifi. There is also a small fridge with some beverages which we didn't use. The location of this hotel is...

Due to absurd series of circumstances during this business trip, I could have ended up sleeping under the bridge that night. Instead, guys have hosted me and treated like a princess. This goes beyond the regular guest treatment, this is helping person in trouble.

Pro's : Hotel is in an excellent location, literally 10 minutes walk from Soho, the West End, Oxford Circus etc. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Hotel clean, trendy and busy. Bed linen...

MyHotel is a small and personal hotel right in the middle of Bloomsbury. The area is very good. Easy to walk to Oxford circus with all shopping. And lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are very small but nice. Bathrooms are also small but works well and have nice products such as schampoo, soap & body cream. Breakfast...

I stayed twice in a period of 3 wks in the hotel . The very friendly receptionist Hugo from Spain and his colleagues demonstrated the right sense of hospitality. The style, ambience and quality of room and B fast and the lunch resto live up to expectation in such an area of town and very reasonably priced

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighbourhood Profile
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
