You need to get on their website and email them.. Or call. I just spent 8 days there and always the best and yes, location is perfect.

Hiring a local guide is a good idea. Another option is to use a Hop On Hop Off bus to get an overview of the city. There are several such companies in London. If you just stay on the bus, a complete loop might take 4 or 5... More
