Always a mixed experience. The front desk staff can be lovely, the wait staff painfully slow and the management - well, aren't lucky your staying here. If you are going to stay, a few tips: ask for a renovated room on one of the top floors. The street level noise can be loud and disturbing. The unrenovated rooms are nice...

As a caution to the reader, be careful when reading reviews of someone who had tea here for the afternoon and gave it four stars, and someone who stayed for 3 to 4 nights, like me. This is not a four star hotel by any means and I would never stay here again, ever. The hotel is extremely noisy. It...

Everything from start to finish at the hotel was perfect. We had a Knightsbridge suite on the 4th floor - view out the front. http://www.the-berkeley.co.uk/luxury-accommodation/hotel-suites/one-bedroom-knightsbridge/ No noise problems Check in was easy, quick, attention to detail Staff very pleasant the whole time. Breakfast is excellent - had full English one day and continental the other - Afternoon tea in the...

A lovely themed afternoon tea with a glass of champagne - a really nice treat. The sandwiches and cakes were divine and visually stunning. Would come back with friends again. I also loved the fresh flowers in the entrance.

I stayed at the Berkeley with a friend for one night at the end of May. We were in London for an exhibition which took up most of our time, so we didn't get to spend enough time enjoying what the hotel has to offer - the bar, the restaurant, the Spa, the roof top pool. The location is perfect:...

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed In. The concierges were second to none. The breakfast buffet was incredible, although a la carte was on offer too. The flower display on the buffet table each morning was amazing. This changed regularly as did the flowers as you entered the hotel as well as those in front of...

We did enjoy our stay and the service and staff were excellent but for the price of the room to look out of your window onto fire escapes etc was most disappointing. Very few rooms if any look over Hyde Park. The restaurant meal in Koffmans was really good. A small complaint was we were offered complimentary car parking within...

Stayed with my adult daughter in December and within 30 minutes she declared that she would like to live here. Had a junior twin suite on the 7th or 8th floor with roof top balcony. The Spa had a courtyhard showing a classic 1930's movie. Martini's in the Bar...welcome/greeting from the doorman everytime....attentive yet unobtrusive staff. Attention to detail evident...

It was my first time at the Berkeley since 2012; It is a superb hotel but like all 5 star hotels in London, it always seems like a license to print money. Nothing wrong with that; as long as the hotel delivers and it always does I booked for afternoon tea and was a little bit suspicous it could be...

We stayed for 2 nights on a restaurant/shopping trip at The Berkeley, it is one the most impressive Hotels we have stayed at in London. True 5 star hotel service, from the doorman, the greeting by reception when checking in, the room itself and service with friendliness throughout. It also has in the Blue Bar one of the best bars...

Staying in Belgravia

Neighbourhood Profile
Belgravia
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.
