wonderful weekend great hotel, the best of the biggies in my estimation, the staff are particularly attentive and they make you feel like a home from home. the bars are both of the highest quality and boy do those guys know their way around a martini

Yet another amazing stay at one of London's jewels. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay a truly memorable one. The afternoon tea was wonderfully presented and such a treat for the children. If you don't stay anywhere else you must try Claridge's, a master piece of hotel perfection, contemporary mixed with old school charms.

Problem at check in with room . Disappointed as I had brought a family member for the first time and I was embarrassed . A hotel of this stature should not have these problems. The manager tried to compensate me with a discounted first night rate but that is not the answer. That is not what I expect. I expect...

A fabulous experience apart from the drilling that went on. Moved to an upgrade room after complaining. Keep an eye on the bill. We were overcharged for breakfast. Dinner at Fera is an experience. Highly recommended.

I can't recall being made to feel so welcome and treated so well at a Hotel. Everyone who visits here is treated like a VIP. Yes, it's expensive, but in a few months the money spent will have been forgotten but the memory will stay a lot longer..

We stayed at Claridge's for my wife's birthday and had a wonderful weekend. From the welcome we received on arrival and the spectacular suite with the thoughtful extra touches, the staff were charming and made it an extra-special stay for us. A beautiful art-deco, classic hotel with understated elegance.

Previous visit was fantastic but this time ok and not as good. One morning breakfast service was chaotic. Room lovely but small and bathroom outdated and drainage poor. Seemed to have lost a bit of sparkle and guests did not feel as special as on previous visits.

At Claridge's you will experience something unique; a place where everyone is smiling and genuinely being attentive towards you - dare I say "heavenly"? Cliches aside, we stayed in a Superior Queen room and loved the art deco design, however we were let down by a very hot room temperature that couldn't be overcome by the air conditioning. With the...

Staying in Mayfair

Neighbourhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
