Stayed here 2 nights for convenience for Eurostar. Check in staff forgot to ring to confirm room was ready, tried to lie and say they had called. Gave Marriott card number on check in form which gives free wifi, staff wouldn't allow this as husband and wife have different surname..? Had to get this refunded at checkout. Hotel was noisy...

The St. Pancras Renaissance London Hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. It's location also makes the hotel very convenient for catching early morning Eurostar trains at the St. Pancras station. Of course, that beauty and convenience brough a cost that was near $350 per night after the conversion from pounds to dollars. With the...

Thank you for your kind comments. I am happy to hear you enjoyed your recent stay with us and were able to spend sometime exploring the local area. Whilst I am pleased to hear you were impressed by the level of service provided by the team, I am very surprised to read your comments regarding the concierge. The team are...

Staying here has been on my bucket list for some time as has been taking Eurostar through the chunnel. While I have been in the station before (and of course outside the iconic building) I expected the experience of staying here to be as impressive as the building is - needless to say I was quite a bit disappointed especially...

Stayed here recently with 2 friends. The architecture of the hotel is stunning and its easy to see why its been used as various filming locations. Staff helpful on arrival and took our bags whilst we went out for lunch and drinks before returning early evening when our bags were already in the room. Room was slightly different to what...

Thanks for your kind comments. I am happy to hear you enjoyed your recent stay with us and were especially impressed by your breakfast in the Booking Office. As you say, the hotel's architecture lends itself perfectly to filming and photoshoots, and in addition to the infamous Spice Girls music video, shot on the Grand Staircase, we have also appeared...

We stayed for 2 days - had access to The Chambers Club - superb service - great offer of food and beverages. Ideal when traveling on the Eurostar - but very good connection to Gatwick Airport - direct train. Bathrooms clean and well stocked with wonderful lotions - rooms nicely furnished - altogether a great experience!

Thank you for this fantastic feedback. I am delighted to hear you enjoyed your recent stay with us and were especially impressed by the Chambers Club experience and convenience of the location. A stay here was on my bucket list. i can't fault any of the staff, however our room on the 6th floor was very gloomy with a teeny window. The window catch was broken. The towels were tired and past their best. When we got back to the hotel after an evening out, a private party had spilled out into...
