Lift from station not working so carried cases up stairs. Porters watched wife try to lift case up entrance stairs whilst chatting to each other. Music from party so loud I had to lean over reception desk to hear. Room and building okay, but at high price they charge for WI-FI - what world are they in. After travelling from...

The hotel entrance and lobby are absolutely 5-star. The rooms are pretty average for Marriott, maybe slightly better. As a platinum premier member, the disappointment was that not only was I not offered a room upgrade (which is okay) but I was given a room on the first floor even though my profile says high floor. I also request extra...

Since I had stayed at the St. Pancras Renaissance for three nights in March, on this trip in mid-May I had originally booked a hotel across the street. Ultimately, the convenience to the tube/rail system and the attraction of the Chambers Club was too strong to resist. Arriving at the hotel from trackside, I have always noticed the lack of...

Obviously it's right on top of the Eurostar and King's Cross station so for the traveler it's ideally positioned. It's also very well positioned for the Tube by virtue of the fact it's next to King's Cross, which straddles a number of lines. The hotel is (obviously) reclaimed from the parts of St Pancras that Eurostar isn't using and this...

Thanks for this great feedback. I am delighted to hear you enjoyed your recent stay with us and were especially impressed by the excellent transport links (King's Cross is actually the best connected transport hub in Europe!). Thanks again for your comments and I do hope to welcome you back again soon.

My wife and I were very excited to spend 2 nights in this hotel but, ultimately, we were very disappointed. The quality of the finish and decor inside the standard rooms is on par with a modern Travleodge. During a 2 night stay, we ended up using 3 rooms! We changed immediately on arrival when a very loud party being...

For late Eurostar arrivals or early morning departures, this hotel is obviously very convenient and for my wife and I at least, convenience is the only reason to stay there. We had reserved one of Barlow Premium rooms and for that expect to pay upwards of $500. The room was adequate. It was quiet, the air conditioning worked well, the...

Just returned from three nights at the St. Pancras Renaissance and can't say enough to recommend it. It is one of the most special hotels I have ever stayed in. The architecture is amazing (the Booking Room restaurant is their casual restaurant and is just beautiful). We booked early and received a good room rate. Marriott premium members receive a...

Stayed here for my 50th birthday and it was such a treat. We stayed in a junior suite so had the benefit of the Chambers Club which was tremendous. It is not widely advertised but you are allowed to take a guest in too. We treated ourselves to a room service breakfast on our first morning and it was amazing,...

Top notch service in a historic hotel. Great restaurant and close to transportation in London. Best hotel I have ever stayed in! You will be treated like royalty. Lots of hot water for bathing early check in not a problem for me and they even held my bag so I could check out and catch a late train.

We visited here for the first night of out honeymoon before getting the Eurostar to the south of France.
