Stayed here last weekend ...and all I can say is that for London (and I've stayed in many hotels) the service was stunning! The staff were utterly amazing! I struggled to believe I was in the UK! Nothing was too much trouble...every problem we had we sorted and every request catered for. Yes rooms not as grand as the rest...

Stayed at at the St Pancras Hotel on Sunday night and desperately want to go back. It's an amazing building which has been restored fantastically well. It is a warm and comfortable hotel with all the modern comforts you could wish for but with the most stunning old features retained. The decor is superb and do very tasteful. From the...

The Renaissance is a 200 year old British railway station that has been refurbed and turned into a hotel. It sits right on top of the Eurostar station to Paris, and the Northen line underground - it makes for a great (perfect?) location. So easy to walk to the West End or to get transport anywhere. The staff are amazing,...

Opulent hotel in a landmark building. The design and furnishings of the hotel are of great quality, along with the excellent bar! Room was relatively spacious for London, modern and well appointed. Considering one is in Kings Cross the room rate is very high, but the location is brilliant for transport connections.

I have been here the first days of February. The hotel is very beautiful, with a very big lobby and a nice bar. The rooms are very comfortable. Its location is very handy just 2 min distance from the tube station. One flaw i may mention is about the kitchen where you could smell what was being cooked along the...

This hotel got perfect location for using public transportation when in London since it's located at a big station where trains, underground, buses etc passes. The hotel is very stylish and great service from everyone. Rooms are very big and we are already looking forward to coming back.

I was a little sceptical to visit this hotel for tea, as we had so many great experiences of the same at more well known venues , but was so pleasantly surprised . Very personal and attentive service....without any intrusion , and a truly gorgeous tea . The reason we booked here was that we were going to a matinee...

It's a beautiful hotel with a English flavor with stylish but cosy rooms. It's famous for its incredibly beautiful staircase you might have seen in one of Spice Girls videos. The stuff is very friendly and will always help you. It has a good location if you come with Eurostar or if you want to get the bus to explore...
