We booked this hotel as a treat as we were staying in London for the weekend to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. The hotel is fantastic, clean, beautiful flowers everywhere. The staff are all very attentive. We had checked in on line and when we went to reception and gave our name the receptionist without looking at the computer already...

Everything about this hotel is amazing. It's historic (built in the 1880's), it is new (completely remodeled and restored), it is convenient, adjacent to the St Pancras train station (Eurostar) and the St Pancras subway stop, and it is beautiful. Spend a little extra and enjoy the treat of a suite. If you're in a suite, you have access to...

it's great to see this building used once again as a hotel as it was built, however the service levels leave a lot to be desired considering the price. On check in I had to wait as the one member of staff ignored me and served someone else who clearly had arrived at the desk after me. Also I was...

Seemed geared more towards business travellers. Very 'corporate travel' designed rooms. View from our room was of a plain gray roof, not what a vacationer wants, but a business traveller probably wouldnt care. Staff were all very upbeat and helpful. We ordered from Deliveroo and the concierge said they would have brought the food up to the room had my...

Stately old rail station hotel, brought back from abandonment some years ago and now the center of a gentrified area of London. Lots of big, impressive public spaces. Hotel rooms themselves are perfectly comfortable, if unexciting. Of course, if you are taking an early Eurostar to Paris, this is a perfect place to overnight beforehand. Literally walk out of the...

Just finished my third stay at the Renaissance St. Pancras. Again, the property does not disappoint. Staff at the front desk, concierges, and restaurant staff were all extremely helpful and professional. Couple of issues with my room (621): 1) Very minor irritant--the bathroom door would not stay open. But no big deal. 2) A bit more of an irritant: The...

The building is simply magical. The open communal areas are breathtaking. The Victorian splendour is matched by the sympathetic use of new materials. The rooms are modern and well appointed but lack the character of the communal areas. Great location and ambience with excellent staff.

Had a lovely stay in a Jr. Suite in the Chamber's Wing recently. The history of the building is part of what drew me to the property, along with its convenience to St. Pancras International (Eurostar) and King's Cross underground station. Prior to arrival, the concierge went out of their way to help arrange gifts and transportation, and we received...

Stayed at this hotel 1 week ago and I was impressed by its design, history and service. This is not the cheapest hotel in London, but we decided to splash out when staying for the weekend while visiting family. We were not disappointed - the building is breathtakingly impressive, especially when comparing with the rundown state of affairs when I used to see it as a student in London in the 1970s. The restoration is just superb,...
