Often stay here . It's quiet and comfortable. Staff are super friendly. Breakfast starts early and is is always tasty . Ask for a room on the higher floors for a silent room . Would nice to get unlimited wifi . Hotel is very convenient for Waterloo station and StThomas hospital

This hotel presents as light, modern and spacious in the reception, bar and restaurant areas. The decor is modern throughout the hotel and the bedrooms are comfortable and pleasant to stay in. The bathrooms are clean and light with showers. They're great for easy access - no bath to climb in and out of. I would prefer a door on...

Clean, extremely basic rooms, no frills. Small bathroom, minimal fuss. Beds and pillows good. Good value price, breakfast very good. Staff friendly and helpful, but food served in the bar area not very nice. Good location for Waterloo station.

We visited London for my birthday staying one night. The Travelodge is great value for money and the staff extremely professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is clean, comfortable and well-maintained with friendly helpful staff, and it's in a really convenient location. It was easy to check in and out, and although I didn't use the bar area it looked very inviting.

Positives....Clean, comfortable, busy, good breakfast, staff efficient and friendly, easy access to Waterloo station Negatives.....smell of sewerage when exiting the lift on the 8th floor, lack of staff in busy breakfast restaurant , air conditioning unit on the roof and bathroom extractor audible at night....

Spent a night here recently on business trip. Receptionist took for ever to locate my reservation but was quite friendly. Room on ground floor right next to side street, usual spec but a bit noisy during the night - bin collection at 2am! Breakfast the usual fare - rubbery scrambled eggs, greasy bacon, sausages OK but decent coffee.

Best budget hotel I have stayed in. I took a 'super' room which is a little more expensive but newly decorated. The colour scheme is relaxing, bed and pillows comfortable and the shower powerful. The only criticisms I had were that I would have preferred a glass shower door to a shower curtain and the lighting system had three settings:...

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY you do get a few extras in these rooms but the air conditioning is so noisy it keeps you awake. even when turned off it still goes through a cycle about every 5 minutes with buzzes, clicking and gurgling. My wife and myself had to ask for a room change. Stick to the standard rooms. They...

The hallways were smelly, the bed uncomfortable and the food appalling. This was the first time we had eaten in a Travelodge - and it will be the last. Travelodge always used to be our family's 'go to' hotel - not anymore - Premier Inn here we come!
