The room was fine, the double bed came as two single beds pushed together which kept coming apart in the middle of the night, and do not expect anything special from the breakfast! Staff were very friendly however, and will accommodate all your needs!

I stayed here in Dec. 2015. I arrived around lunchtime, but the staff were happy to watch my bag with no bother while I popped out for a pint. The room was clean, warm & the shower was fine..not bad at all..

DO NOT STAY HERE I can not even begin to tell you how revolting this hotel is. The reception area was pretty shabby but nothing could prepare you for the rooms. We walked into our room and it smelt so strongly of human poo. The towels were in a pile on the bathroom floor. We checked the mini fridge to...

After reading the reviews it was with some nervousness we checked in to the hotel. Arriving 30 mins before hotel check in time we were met at reception and given a key to our room on the lower ground floor straight away. The room was nice and warm for a December afternoon and the towels and bedding all perfectly clean....

The hotel was advertised nicely on the website, unfortunately this was not a true reflection of what guests were to expect when staying. Double room had only enough room for the bed. No towels on arrival, bad smell in the room which probably was the reason the bedroom window was left open 2 foot ( which we left open all...

Way better hotels at this price range. Staff are extremely rude & unprofessional. Didn't expect much as it was cheap but their staff just need to learn some MANNERS. ESPECIALLY THEIR SO CALLED MANAGERS AT THE RECEPTION. EITHER MISSING OR SLEEPING.

DO NOT BOOK! It's cheap but not for what it's worth! Maybe at £39 a night it's reasonable but it goes for avg £52 which is SO not worth the service attitude you get the moment u happily check in, rats in the room, stains EVERYWHERE & a toilet u can't turn your body around in. Linens are never changed...

This is one of the worst hotels I've ever been in. The reception staff were rude and when my husband and I went to check in the guy was doing paperwork, looked up at me, then carried on for a minute before asking me what I wanted. The carpet was as soiled as the floor in Camden Market (have attached...

No heating system the rooms were in horrible condition. The shower. Was falling apart and thebed and furniture in the room are not up to health standards. I booked...
