As a single female, I've had horrendous previous experiences in other London hostels, so was slightly apprehensive in staying at Palmers Lodge, however I was delighted with my experience! The rooms very clean, beds comfortable and I felt safe in my dorm. Staff were helpful, the breakfast was great and I was thrilled to be offered unlimited tea/coffee during my...

I stayed at Palmer's lodge on and off for about a month for work. The building was clean, tidy and smart but the staff are a real asset to the company. Especially the people and female manager on reception, very friendly and helpful nothing was a chore and they went out of their way to help. Spoke any language needed...

Mostly I'm so impressed that 5 days before a huge conference in Wembley arena it still only cost £20 a night! Things were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. The tube station is 5 minutes away. My biggest problem was the lack of curtains in the bedroom as it meant that I was...

I would only give this place a 2/5 on first glance it looks amazing for a hostel as has all the storage and very secure and free breakfast and hot drinks. But then you go around do your daily routines and with in minutes you feel the heat in your room it was 35 degrees plus in my room and...

I booked a private room with an ensuite for me and my cousin.. the bed was clean, there was only one sheet that you were lying in like a taco shell sorta thing but it was actually quite good! The floor creaked a lot and you could hear every single sound around your room. The bathroom was tiny but new...

I stayed there for 3 nights all together. 2 of them I was upstairs and the last night they booked me in the cellar. Even if London is expensive I think sleeping so far away from the center for that rate is too much. The celler room was stinky and loud.

Stayed in the 14 bed dorm room was clean and well set up with lockers for valuables. Breakfast was very basic but for the price I payed it was good. As I was at a confrence in wembley this was a ideal location. The bar was well stocked and friendly

We stayed over the weekend in a 14-girls-bedroom. Clean and nice staff, although the breakfast could have had a little bit more variety (maybe one type of cheese and sausage, instead of only marmelade). Even though we arrived very late we could easily check in and after check out we could leave our luggage until we had our flight. I...

The place was excellent, very good and kind service, and the location was accessible by bus and the subway. Breakfast was included in the price, there was free-wifi, and the rooms and toilets were very clean. We were really amazed by the experience. If we have to come back again to London we will not think it twice!
