Excellent service, stylish, well furnished rooms, clean and a very well mattress helped to have a great sleep. Softdrinks in the minibar & Nespresso included in the room rate as very nice sign of service and hospitality. Will go again!

A beautiful hidden gem in a quiet street. Rooms are slightly larger than the average size for London, and are very well set up. I enjoyed the Nespresso machine in the rooms as well as free soft drinks in the minibar.

Stayed here one night on a layover. Attention to detail throughout. Courteous and attentive staff that are available for anything--iron, electric adapters, help with the tv! They were at your door within minutes to support. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Spacious rooms for London. Clean and modern. Also, complementary soft drinks, water and juice in the mini bar....

Thus hotel is 5-star hotel under Small Luxury Hotel (SLR) group. The WOW! services for this hotel are the Sky+ Cable box with a wide selection of TV channels. This is an advantage for the football lover like me. In addition, the complimentary drinks are provided for customers without any charge everyday. The check-in And check-out process is efficient and...

I go to the Arch for both business and pleasure and they are amazing! The attentiveness of the staff is amazing. The rooms are very comfortable, breakfast is a treat in itself and the location, especially if you are a London first timer is perfect! I will always be a devoted fan and visitor at the Arch.

This hotel is located near many London sights and everything is within walking distance. The hotel itself is very nice with large beds and showers. The staff are helpful and attentive and the restaurant on site is pretty fantastic. I didn't try it, but saw an afternoon tea party that looked amazing as well.

The best thing about our rooms were the comfortable beds...and the nespresso you could sip in bed after making it for yourself in your room. The details like fresh milk for tea/coffee, good smelling soaps, turn-down service are things you'd anticipate at a highly rated hotel and were executed with aplomb. One thing that surprised me was the delicious restaurant...

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
