Stayed here with my family for 2 nights in a triple room. Kensington underground station is about 8 min walk from this property. Room was OK but bit noisy at times as our room was facing the road & its not soundproof at all. Getting big luggage on upper floors is bit of a challenge as elevators are outdated &...

Really small hotel near the park. First time I passed the hotel because there is only a small entrance. You can use the elevator or the stairs - but beware of the stairs! There are much of them. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast wasn´t a big thing. We decided to eat outside. Rooms is cozy - I have had a...

We booked this hotel as we were attending a concert at the Royal Albert Hall and wanted to stay nearby. Situated right on Kensington High Street right opposite Kensington Gardens (which were beautiful) the entrance is a doorway between 2 restaurants, I almost walked past it but thankfully knew what to look for after reading previous reviews. Our room on...

This place is like an Escher fever dream of awfulness. The layout is beyond absurd, narrow staircases leading you up and down narrow rows and false doors and fake windows. The rooms are minuscule to the point of parody. The wifi goes out with a sneeze.

I booked a single room as I needed somewhere to stay whilst attending an evening event in London. As other people have said, the rooms are quite small, but I found it cosy, clean and decorated nicely. My room was at the back of the property so no issues with outside noise. Upon entering there's a long staircase you have...

Fantastically placed at the foot of Kensington Palace. Polite, friendly and attentive staff. Good continental breakfast range. Rooms a little small but well appointed and spotlessly clean. WiFi very reliable and fast. Highly recommended.

I'm very picky about cleanliness in hotels. If I'm spending over a hundred quid, I expect cleanliness and comfort above all, then location, friendliness, lobby, etc. The room and bathroom were spotlessly presented, everything worked, the bed was comfy and it was quiet (I always request a quiet room, as a veteran of London hotels, knowing that there's a lot...

Superb stay spoiled by noise from the night club opposite. Incredible noise between 2:30AM and 4:00AM apart from that the room was clean, staff courteous and professional and breakfast good for a London hotel
