We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at the Kensington Presidential Apartments. The location is beautiful and so convenient as it is a very short walk to the station and shops. The staff are courteous and helpful. We stayed in an executive studio with the courtyard. The...More
We booked a surprise trip to London for my nieces 18th through Booking.com for Presidential Apartments in Marylebone weeks in advance.
We were then told a day before travel the apartment wasn't available.
We were offered an alternative in their sister apartments in Kensington.

We spent a full week at the Presidential Apartment. Of my visits to London, I have never experienced such a large place to stay (Since Europe is typically small-sized). It was fully equipped with silverware, furniture, cooking supplies, and bathroom supplies. It was nice to...More

With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming
and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.

It depends on where you booked. I suggest you find your booking papers and look. I booked through a third part (hotels) and they allowed but only to a certain point when we got closer than two days before the travel it starts get more complicated.I do not know what terms the webpage allow for these things. Again check the place you book before you book it. The different pages has often different rules for this.

I did not have a quad suite. I can tell you that the accommodations I booked were efficiently arranged into a useful configuration. There is no waste of space at all here, but guests do enjoy ample high quality amenities.
