I tried to make this short but there were things that I just could not edit out. If you follow my reviews, you’ll know that I am very fair. The only 2 redeeming things were that the staff (those who spoke English) were wonderful. Also, the location isn’t too bad. We stayed here for eleven nights over Christmas. So, if...

Staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Great location. Wifi needs to be upgraded and rooms are VERY warm. Lots of space in room and more than adequate facilities. Would definitely stay again.

The decor inside the hotel itself is beautiful. Inside the apartment however it is a bit on the cheap side with the draws not closing properly in the bathroom. The staff themselves are really nice and helpful. The breakfast was okay (croissants, orange juice and coffee). The best thing about the apartments was the location with Earls Court Underground station...

We stayed here for one week over Christmas and booked two executive suites. Rooms had different layouts, but both were nice in size, clean, and modern. Sofa beds seemed newer in our rooms. As mentioned in other posts the carpet and some furniture a little worn, but not of concern to us. Nice to have use of stove, microwave and...

This serviced apartment is right in the heart of Earl's Court and within walking distance of pubs, shops, restaurants, 2 supermarkets and the Tube. It is in a quiet street with a nice streetscape including a small private park across the road. Despite a modest reception area and worn-looking hallway the room we had was modern, clean, bright, well furnished...

Spent two nights and we were both more than happy with our room. On booking I had asked, if possible, for a bath and this was allocated to us. The reception staff were very helpful but not so the service staff who were all sullen and unhelpful. If staying in London again we would certainly return.

The rooms are very spacious and clean with an attached patio. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is found in a nice area with easy access to Earls Court Station, Shops and Restaurants. Will return again.

Good - sized Room. I am alright with the breakfast which other travellers wrote about ( I can eat in my pjyamas, it's okie!!). But 2 things made me unhappy - 1) I was given the room nearest Reception. What it meant was... I can hear every guest pushing their bags past my room.I can hear guests laughing and talking...

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
