I recently stayed at the Presidential. Great hotel! I stayed in the basement, with my own little patio, very quiet, I was not bothered by anyone, air con was working very well, daily housekeeping, staff very helpful, I cannot fault it all and highly recommend.
I recently was at Presidential Apartments with my two teenage daughters for spring break and we loved our stay. We opted for the one bedroom which had two twin beds. The living room had a long couch which had two separate sofa beds. (Great setup.)...More
We availed of 2 apartments for our family’s accommodations in London last May and June 2018.

Unhelpful and downright rude and dishonest staff. They gave me a downgrade from the room I booked and tried to say that because they gave me a “free” breakfast which I refused, we were even. This is laughable and plain false advertisement. The rooms are...More

With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming
and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.

Detergent for washing up is supplied yes but dishwashing tablets are supplied in a limited quantity. There was enough for us to do one load per day (we stayed twice, once with 3 people, once with 5) but was never an issue because the dishwashers are small, not full size, so you end up washing up pots and pans etc in tye sink anyway.
