I was assigned Room #3 in the basement: it was hell! Every time someone came into the hotel it was like they were walking on my ceiling. Unable to sleep...really rotten time. My compatriots indicated it was not so loud in the upper floors.

Most of the 5 stars hotels around the world they use key card which if you lost it it can be easily cancelled and replaced in just a minute , with out old traditional key if you lost it outside we will replace the whole door lock and key for security!
Also go fire regulation you must leave your room key at the front desk !
In case of fire then we can easy know who's inside and who's is outside the hotel!
And finally we have a 24 /7 front desk and CCTV cameras , we are here to serve and secure you !
