The grove was perfectly situated with easy access to all parts of the city The room was very clean and cozy though quite small and simply furnished What we really loved about this B&B was the warm and attentive reception of the staff (special thanks to Codrin who looked after us and made us feel at home) We were spoiled...

We stayed at 69 The Grove for 3 nights and had 3 rooms. The B&B is neat and clean and in a good location that makes various attractions accessible. Kanley and David and wonderful hosts, very helpful and hospitable. Kanley is a real character and he makes a delicious breakfast - the fruit salad is yum! The B&B is good...

Very nice place, friendly staff, excellent (but very early) breakfast. Try to have a rrom in the guesthouse though (they also rent rooms in an apartment nearby) as it is more convenient for breakfast and it looks cosier.

We loved the location of 69 the Grove as it was on a quaint and quiet little road, 5 mins walk from the experimental music festival we were attending and 2 mins walk from the tube / train station. The room was small but perfectly formed… with a huge TV, well-stocked (reasonably priced) fridge and it was extremely clean. Anyone...

After reading all the glowing tripadvisor rewiews we chose 69 The Grove for our London stay at the end of our European vacation. We had stayed a few nights in 5 star hotels in Budapest and Amsterdam during a Danube/Rhine cruise and were looking for cheaper accommodation in London. Most of the reviews of the central London hotels in our...

We ejoyed the freshly made breakfast, especially the beautiful fresh salad, and chats with our fellow travellers. Kan and David were very helpful, assisting with directions and advice on where to go and what to do. I had an injiury which required ice-packs...

We are a family of 3 - 2 adults and 1 16yr old who stayed for four nights in the actual B&B before we went off on our trip around England in the car, and then we stayed for three more nights in the apartment after our trip before leaving England -so seven nights there altogether. Both stays were very...

I booked '69 The Grove' as there was such great reviews ! I was staying with Kanley & David for a month on my own and was quite apprehensive at first but they made me feel very much at home and always informed me about new guests staying in the apartment so I always felt safe and secure. The location...

Great location--a short walk to Vauxhall station where you can catch bus/train/underground. Kanley & David have totally renovated their home providing modern ensuite accomodations. They could not have been more welcoming, accomodating, and helpful. If you're going to London you would not find a warmer welcome. Also FANTASTIC BREAKFASTS. Thanks so much!
