We were so pleased with this Bed and Breakfast. We had two rooms rented, and they were both very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional, and the hosts couldn't have been kinder. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing breakfasts -- as much Greek yoghurt and fruit as we could eat -- followed by full English breakfast or continental breakfast on alternating days. We stayed in a room in the separate apartment (fifth floor walk-up), had the room with two twin beds in the loft. Extremely comfortable, lots of light (but effective blinds, too). Room pristinely made up...

I stayed at 69TheGrove nine nights, starting on 4/22/11. I found Kanley/David to be very gracious hosts. The breakfast was great. I paid GBP 80/night for a small single room with a queen bed and a ensuite bathroom. It was clean and my sheet/pillows were changed after about four days. My room, together with two others, were in the basement...

Very clean place. David, Giovann and Kenley were very helpfull. The reservation was messed up and when we arrived there were no rooms other than a 5 story walkup with a King Bed. We requested twin beds with a bathroom and a 5th story apartment walkup would not work for me. They tried to locate another place and then we...

Didn't have much chance to interact with David but excellent service from Kanley and Giovanni. We stayed here for a few days in the basement which was nice and cosy, before leaving for continental Europe and then back again for another few days on the 3rd floor. Personally preferred the basement room as the bathroom is within the room. Not...

My husband and I had a wonderful 3 nights stay in 69 The Grove. Although the room is small, but it is very cosy and wonderful. The breakfast was great and we met a few wonderful travellers during breakfast and able to share the experience we had in London.. Great location with excellent accessibility.. Not sure if this is the...

Wonderful stay, especially considering the price (for London, that is). The room was clearly brand new, and was spotless. Kanley and David were extremely helpful and friendly, and made us feel at home in their home. At our request, they even accomodated our vegan diets (mostly, by buying soy milk for us for cereal, but still). The location is also...

You cannot appreciate this B & B unless you stay there - at least for 2 nights. Kanley and David are the ultimate hosts and will do whatever is possible to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast is excellent; a truly great opportunity to meet other travelers. While the rooms are small, they are clean and well equipped. The location...

Stayed for 4 nights with my adult son. Smallish room and bathroom but comfortable king size bed and fantastic full English breakfast that will keep you going past lunch! Clean, convenient and value for money. Very friendly hosts. Kanley and David make you feel welcome. We had a late evening flight back and we were allowed to leave our luggage...
